Subscribe & Save Policy

This policy explains how the WonderBiotics Subscribe & Save Program (the "Program") works. The Program is a recurring product-purchase arrangement — not a membership or access service. You receive a new shipment of WonderBiotics product on a cadence you choose; each shipment is billed when it ships; you can cancel at any time. By enrolling in the Program you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Why Subscribe & Save
The Program is the simplest way to stay stocked on WonderBiotics. You pick a cadence (every 30, 60, or 90 days), we ship product to your address on that schedule, and you pay only for each shipment we send — at a discount versus the one-time price.
What you get: a lower per-bottle price, free shipping on every shipment, and email reminders before each ship date.
What you don't get: a contract, a commitment period, a cancellation fee, or any obligation to take a minimum number of shipments. You can pause, skip, change cadence, swap product, or cancel at any time from your account — see Sections 4 and 6.
1. What You're Signing Up For
When you enroll in the Program at checkout, you authorize WonderBiotics to:
- charge your saved payment method for each upcoming shipment on the cadence you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days), at the price displayed at checkout or in your account dashboard at the time the shipment is billed; and
- ship the selected product to your saved address on each scheduled ship date.
The Program continues to generate shipments until you cancel (Section 4). Each shipment is a separate product purchase — there is no service, membership, or access being granted, and no charge of any kind continues after you cancel.
2. Cadence, Pricing, and Reminders
- Cadence: you choose every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your selected cadence and next ship date are always visible in your WonderBiotics Account.
- Per-shipment price: each shipment is billed at the Subscribe & Save price for that product. If your enrollment included a promotional discount (such as a first-order discount, $1 trial, or coupon), subsequent shipments are billed at the standard Subscribe & Save price. The price applied to your next shipment is always shown in your account dashboard before it ships.
- Shipping & taxes: shipping is free on every Subscribe & Save shipment within the US. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout for each shipment.
- Pre-ship reminder: before each shipment ships, we send you an email showing the upcoming ship date, the product, and the amount we will charge — so you have a clear chance to skip, pause, modify, or cancel before the charge.
3. Price Changes
If we change the Subscribe & Save price of a product, the shipping fee, or any other amount you will be charged on a future shipment, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The notice will identify the affected product, the new price, and the first shipment to which the new price will apply.
You have the right to reject any price change by cancelling before the next ship date, using either method in Section 4. No new charge will be applied to a shipment that was already billed before the change took effect.
This commitment is made in compliance with applicable automatic renewal laws, including the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. BPC §17600 et seq.) and the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA).
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time. There is no fee, no phone call required, and no contractual commitment.
Option 1 — Self-service (instant, 24/7):
- Log in to your account at wonderbiotics.com/account.
- Navigate to "Subscribe & Save."
- Select the subscription you want to cancel, then click "Cancel Subscription."
- You will see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email.
Option 2 — Email:
- Send an email to contact@wonderbiotics.com.
- Subject: "Cancel Subscription — Order #[your order number]" (or include the email address on your account).
- We will confirm by reply within 1 business day. If you email us outside business hours, your request is treated as received on the day you sent it, provided the next shipment has not yet been billed.
5. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation takes effect immediately upon receipt of your request. After that, no further shipments will be billed or sent for the cancelled subscription.
If a shipment was already billed and shipped before we received your request, that shipment is treated as a completed purchase and is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Modifying Your Subscribe & Save
From your account dashboard you can also:
- Skip a shipment — push the next ship date back without ending the Program for that product.
- Pause indefinitely — resume whenever you want.
- Change cadence — switch between every 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Swap product or change size.
- Update payment method or shipping address.
Any modification takes effect on your next shipment, as long as it is made before that shipment has been billed.
7. Refunds on Subscribe & Save Shipments
Refunds for Subscribe & Save shipments are governed by our Refund Policy:
- Your first Subscribe & Save shipment is covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee if it is your First Order under the Refund Policy.
- Subsequent shipments that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund — product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
- Subsequent shipments that have already been shipped are generally final, except for damaged or lost shipments, shipments processed despite a timely cancellation request, or any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
To avoid being billed for an upcoming shipment, please cancel or skip it before the next ship date shown in your account.
8. Free Trials and Promotional Shipments
If you enroll through a free trial or promotional offer (such as a $1 trial or a first-month-free promotion), you authorize us to automatically bill your payment method at the standard Subscribe & Save price for your next scheduled shipment, unless you cancel before that ship date.
The end date of your trial and the next ship date are clearly shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We also send a reminder email at least 3 days before the first standard-price shipment is billed.
9. Failed Payments
If your payment method is declined when we attempt to bill an upcoming shipment, we will retry the charge over the next 3 business days and email you each time so you can update your payment method. If the charge does not go through after these attempts, future shipments for the affected product are automatically paused — no product will ship until you update your payment method and confirm.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes that affect your existing Subscribe & Save enrollment — including price changes covered by Section 3 — will be communicated to you by email before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before any new term applies.
