Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and US territories only (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
2. Shipping Origin
We ship from two US fulfillment centers:
- West Coast: Chino, California
- East Coast: Bordentown, New Jersey
Your order is routed automatically to the warehouse closest to your shipping address to minimize transit time.
3. Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping on all US orders. There is no minimum order amount, no membership requirement, and no extra fee for subscription renewals.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, your order typically arrives within 3 – 7 business days. Because we operate fulfillment centers on both coasts, most US addresses receive their order in 3 – 5 business days; more remote addresses may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Carriers & Tracking
Our shipping is handled through a partnership between GoFo Logistics and the United States Postal Service (USPS). GoFo handles consolidation and routing from our warehouse; USPS handles the final delivery to your door.
Important — what you will see on tracking: Once your order ships, the tracking number and carrier portal may display the carrier as "YunExpress" rather than GoFo. This is normal — YunExpress is our partner's tracking platform and the same shipment will hand off to USPS for final delivery. You can track the same tracking number on either the YunExpress portal or USPS.com once it enters the USPS network.
7. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also view tracking information at any time from your WonderBiotics Account.
8. Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship on the cadence you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days). All subscription orders are free shipping. You can view, pause, modify, or cancel upcoming shipments in your WonderBiotics Account at any time before the next renewal date — see our Subscription Policy.
9. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at checkout.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please review our Refund Policy for reporting timelines and the steps to request a replacement or refund.
