Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (First Order Only)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We will refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping fees, VAT, and duties—no questions asked.

Important: This guarantee applies to your first order only, not any subsequent shipments or subscription renewals. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel at any time in your WonderBiotics Account prior to the renewal date.

2. Final Sale & Hygiene Standards

Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to nutritional supplements, all sales are final once shipped. Once a product leaves our warehouse, it cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products while they are in transit.

Refunds or replacements (outside of the first-order guarantee) are only available under the following strict circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The shipment was confirmed lost in transit (see Section 3).

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items: You must report damaged or defective products within 14 days of delivery. Please do not use the product. Email clear photos along with your order number to contact@wonderbiotics.com.

Lost Shipments: A shipment is considered lost only if it has not been delivered AND has not been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier within 14 days of the shipping date. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (including those with Photo Proof or GPS verification) are not eligible for a refund.

4. Ineligible Refunds (No Exceptions)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal preference, taste, flavor, or individual body reaction (except for the first-order guarantee).
  • Subsequent subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.
  • Orders reported outside the 14-day window for damage or 30-day window for the first-order guarantee.
  • Shipping and handling fees.
  • Orders forwarded to international addresses or third-party freight forwarders.
