Refund policy

Important: WonderBiotics products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Adverse Event Reporting: If you experience a serious adverse reaction (such as a severe allergic reaction, hospitalization, or any life-threatening symptom) after using a WonderBiotics product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Please also report the event to us within 72 hours at contact@wonderbiotics.com with the subject line "Adverse Event Report." WonderBiotics complies with the federal Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer Protection Act and reports serious adverse events to the FDA as required by law.
Our Promise to You
Try your First Order risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, just email us at contact@wonderbiotics.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price you paid. No questions asked. There is no need to send the product back.
Your First Order is whichever order comes first under your account — a one-time purchase or your initial subscription order, either one counts (we explain this precisely in Section 1).
After your First Order, refunds are still available in specific situations — orders not yet shipped, damaged or defective items, shipments lost in transit, or anywhere the law requires us to refund. The sections below walk through each scenario.

1. Definitions
- Order: any purchase placed through wonderbiotics.com.
- One-Time Order: an order placed at the regular (non-subscription) price, without any subscription discount or auto-renewal commitment. A customer may place One-Time Orders and Subscription Orders concurrently under the same account.
- Subscription Order: an order placed under our subscription program. Subscription pricing, frequency, auto-renewal, modification, and cancellation are governed by our Subscribe & Save Policy.
- First Order: the first paid Order placed under a customer account, whether it is a One-Time Order or a Subscription Order. Every later Order under the same account is a Subsequent Order.
- Subsequent Order: any Order placed after the First Order under the same customer account, whether it is a One-Time Order or a Subscription Order.
- Shipped: the Order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated.
Refund logic at a glance:
- If the Order is your First Order → see Section 2 (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee).
- If the Order is a Subsequent Order → see Section 3, which is split by whether the Order has been Shipped.
- Damaged or lost shipments (Section 4) and statutory rights (Section 10) apply to all Orders regardless of type or stage.
2. First Order — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your First Order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. This applies whether your First Order is a One-Time Order or a Subscription Order — the same 30-day guarantee covers both.
We will refund the product price you paid. Shipping fees and applicable taxes paid on the First Order are not refunded under this guarantee (see Section 6 for the full shipping & tax rules).
You may keep, use, or dispose of the product — a return shipment is generally not required for the First Order guarantee.
This guarantee applies once per customer account and does not apply to Subsequent Orders. Subsequent Orders are governed by Section 3.
3. Subsequent Orders — Refund Rules
3.1 Before Shipment — Full Refund
If a Subsequent Order has not yet been Shipped, you may cancel it at any time and receive a 100% refund, including the product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
For One-Time Subsequent Orders: email contact@wonderbiotics.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not entered the carrier's system, we will cancel and refund in full.
For Subscription Subsequent Orders: cancel or skip the upcoming renewal from your WonderBiotics Account, or email contact@wonderbiotics.com. Any charge already taken for an Order that has not yet been Shipped will be refunded in full.
3.2 After Shipment — Limited Circumstances
Once a Subsequent Order has been Shipped, refunds are limited to the following circumstances:
- damaged or defective products (Section 4);
- shipments confirmed lost in transit (Section 4);
- orders processed despite a timely cancellation request received before the Order was Shipped (we will refund and recall the shipment where possible);
- any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming Subscription Order, please cancel or skip it before the next renewal date shown in your account. See the Subscribe & Save Policy for cancellation methods.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments (applies to all Orders)
Damaged or defective items. Please report within 14 days of delivery. Do not use the product. Email clear photos of the product, packaging, and the shipping label, along with your order number, to contact@wonderbiotics.com. We will issue a replacement or a full refund of the affected items at our discretion.
Lost shipments. A shipment is treated as lost if it has not been delivered and has not been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier within 14 days of the ship date. Orders the carrier marks as "Delivered" (including those with Photo Proof or GPS verification) are generally not eligible for a refund as lost; if you believe a marked-delivered package was stolen or misdelivered, contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@wonderbiotics.com within the eligible window.
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]".
- Include: your order number, the reason for the request, and (if applicable) clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We respond to refund requests within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
- For approved refunds, we initiate the refund within 5 business days of approval, and in any event within 30 days of your original request.
- Once initiated, the refund is processed back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take an additional 3 – 10 business days to post the refund to your statement; this final step is outside our control.
6. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees and applicable taxes are refunded in full when an Order is cancelled before it has been Shipped, or where required by applicable law.
For refunds on Orders that have already been Shipped (including the 30-Day First Order guarantee in Section 2 and any post-delivery refund), the product price is refunded; shipping fees and applicable taxes paid on those shipments are generally not refunded, except where required by applicable law or where the refund is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, lost, or wrong product, in which case shipping fees and applicable taxes are also refunded).
7. Generally Not Eligible for Refund
Outside the circumstances described in Sections 2 – 4, refunds are generally not issued for:
- personal preference, taste, flavor, or individual body reaction on Subsequent Orders;
- refund requests submitted outside the 14-day damage window or the 30-day First Order guarantee window;
- orders forwarded to international addresses or third-party freight forwarders, where we cannot verify delivery condition;
- products that have been resold or transferred to a third party.
If your situation does not fit cleanly into any category above, please contact us — we review unusual cases individually, and your statutory consumer rights are not waived by this policy.
8. Credit Card Disputes
If you believe a charge from WonderBiotics on your statement is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at contact@wonderbiotics.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond to refund requests within 1 business day, and most issues can be resolved faster than the typical chargeback process. If you do initiate a chargeback, please notify us so that we do not also issue a duplicate refund.
9. Subscription Cancellation
To cancel an active subscription (separate from refunding an individual Order), see our Subscribe & Save Policy for self-service and email options. Cancellation is effective immediately and stops all future Subscription Orders for the cancelled subscription.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under federal or state consumer protection law, including (where applicable) the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the California Automatic Renewal Law, and similar state laws.
