Daily Fiber Mix Product Facts: Ingredients, Dietary Fiber, Sachet Size, Sugar, Mixing, and Price

WonderBiotics-style cover image for Daily Fiber Mix Product Facts

Each sachet of WonderBiotics Daily Fiber Mix is a 6 g blend built from seven named ingredients. The formula brings together five diverse fibers, four beneficial prebiotics, and a superfood blend in a single sachet.1 That 6 g figure is the total blend weight, not a confirmed gram count on the "Dietary Fiber" line of a Supplement Facts panel. Daily Fiber Mix is sugar-free, contains no artificial sweeteners or dyes, comes 30 sachets to a box, and is priced at $29.90 for a one-time purchase or $22.36 to $25.42 per month on subscription.1

What's Actually in Each Sachet

Daily Fiber Mix uses a compact "5 Diverse Fibers" phrase, while the full blend names seven ingredients. For readers trying to understand what they are taking, the useful detail is the full ingredient list and each ingredient's role.

Ingredient Role in the formula
Fibersol® (soluble corn fiber) Low-viscosity soluble fiber2
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) Non-viscous, non-gelling soluble fiber3
Psyllium husk powder Viscous fiber for regularity
Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) Prebiotic fiber
Polydextrose Supports fullness and fiber diversity
Whole kale powder Superfood blend addition
White kidney bean powder Microporous fiber in the formula rationale

We list the seven ingredients by name without breaking out individual gram amounts inside the 6 g blend, which is standard for a proprietary blend under FDA labeling rules.4 The white kidney bean entry should be read as formula rationale, not as an independently established clinical effect of the finished sachet.

Does "6 Grams" Mean 6 Grams of Dietary Fiber?

Not necessarily. The "6 gram" language describes the total weight of the ingredient blend in each sachet, which is a different figure from the "Dietary Fiber" line item on a Supplement Facts panel. Where a supplement's dietary fiber content exceeds the amount that can be declared as zero, FDA rules require that amount to be declared separately, and grouping ingredients under a proprietary blend name doesn't waive that requirement.4 Since not every gram of the 6 g blend necessarily comes from an ingredient that's counted toward dietary fiber, there's no way to assume the Dietary Fiber line on the panel simply equals 6 g.

For fiber tracking, the practical rule is simple: use the Dietary Fiber line on your Supplement Facts panel, not the blend-weight phrase. That matters if you need the exact Dietary Fiber gram figure for a medical diet plan, for example counting grams toward a fiber target your dietitian gave you. Apply the same caution to any other fiber brand that leads with a total blend weight instead of an itemized fiber count.

Sugar, Sweeteners, and What's Not in the Blend

Daily Fiber Mix is sugar-free, with no artificial sweeteners or artificial dyes, and the formula is third-party tested.1 For medical nutrition tracking, confirm the sugar and Dietary Fiber lines on the printed panel of your box. That matters if you're managing blood sugar alongside a GLP-1 medication or simply avoiding added sugar.

How Many Sachets, and How Do You Mix It?

Daily Fiber Mix has three usage tiers rather than a single fixed dose. One morning sachet is for daily digestive maintenance. Two sachets, split morning and evening, are for bridging a fiber gap in your regular diet. Three sachets across the day (morning, midday, evening) are for easier bowel movements and longer-lasting fullness.1

You can mix sachets into coffee, smoothies, shakes, or yogurt, so the format works for both hot and cold routines rather than one required temperature.1 Our general guidance on top of that: take each sachet with a full glass of water. Psyllium husk, one of the seven ingredients, is a viscous fiber, and viscous fibers need adequate fluid to move through your gut comfortably. That's worth extra attention if you're on a GLP-1 medication like semaglutide or tirzepatide, since those drugs already slow stomach emptying, and it's a reason to ask your prescriber before adding any new fiber supplement if you have a history of slow gastric emptying or bowel obstruction.

What to Expect in the First 1-2 Weeks

Our usage guidance frames mild gas or bloating in the first one to two weeks as a normal sign of your gut adjusting, with a recommendation to stay well hydrated during that window.1 Fiber tolerance research generally supports the idea that tolerance depends on the fiber type and dose, and that many people adapt to a higher fiber intake over time.5 FOS is a type of fructan; a human study of a related fructan mixture (FOS combined with GOS, tested in healthy men) found it fermented and produced gas within roughly the first few hours after ingestion, which is one reason short-chain fructans in general are associated with early gas.6 Finished-product data do not separate out which ingredient in this specific blend contributes most to early symptoms. If you're new to fiber supplements generally, starting at one sachet and moving up to two or three over a week or two, rather than jumping straight to three, is the more comfortable way to build tolerance.

What Evidence Backs the Ingredients, and What It Doesn't Prove

Fibersol and PHGG each have published research behind them as individual ingredients.1 One example: a 19-person randomized crossover trial found that a 10 g dose of Fibersol-2 significantly delayed hunger and increased satiety for 1.5 to 2 hours after a meal, compared with 0 g or 5 g doses of the same fiber, alongside higher plasma GLP-1 and PYY.7 Separately, a randomized trial of partially hydrolyzed guar gum in 52 long-term care residents (mean age 83.9 years) found no significant difference on its primary endpoint, stool consistency by the Bristol Stool Form Scale, though laxative use was significantly lower in weeks three and four, a secondary finding.3

Both trials tested the ingredient alone, at a stated dose, in the population described above. Neither tested WonderBiotics Daily Fiber Mix as a finished product, and because we do not break out individual ingredient amounts, you can't assume the sachet delivers the same 10 g Fibersol-2 dose used in the hunger study. This research explains why we chose these two ingredients; it isn't evidence about what the finished sachet does in a trial of its own.

Our 7-day private consumer blind test compared Daily Fiber Mix against an unnamed "leading fiber brand" competitor, 10 people per arm, 20 total.1 Those self-reported outcomes include 67% better bloating reduction, 100% better constipation relief, and 1.4x better craving reduction versus the comparator, with no statistical significance testing conducted and a note that individual results may vary. That consumer test sits at a lower evidence tier than the ingredient trials cited earlier, and it should not be read as a peer-reviewed finished-product clinical trial.

Box Sizes and Price

Daily Fiber Mix ships as a standard 30-sachet box (a one-month supply at one sachet per day) or a 7-sachet trial pack. The one-time purchase price is $29.90 per 30-sachet box, with three Subscribe & Save tiers: $25.42 per month shipped monthly (15% off), $23.70 per month shipped every three months (20% off), and $22.36 per month shipped every six months (25% off).1 Prices and promotional banners can change, so confirm the checkout price before you order.

Where WonderBiotics Daily Fiber Mix Fits

Most U.S. adults don't meet the daily fiber target for their age and sex.8 For non-pregnant, non-lactating adults, that target (the Adequate Intake) runs 21 to 25 g for women and 30 to 38 g for men, depending on age.9 Daily Fiber Mix combines several fiber types that ferment at different speeds, alongside kale and white kidney bean powder, so you get a mix of ingredients in one sachet instead of buying and combining several single-ingredient powders on your own.

Like most proprietary blends, we list the seven ingredients without breaking out each one's gram amount, which is standard under FDA labeling rules.4 For a dietitian-set fiber-gram target, use the printed panel on your box rather than the "6 g" blend-weight copy. For everyday use, start with one WonderBiotics Daily Fiber Mix sachet stirred into coffee or a smoothie, then build up to two or three sachets as your gut adjusts.

Before adding any new fiber supplement to a GLP-1 regimen or a condition your doctor is managing, check in with them first, particularly if you have a history of bowel obstruction or gastroparesis.
